Closen is operated by CreativeOPTIC LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Using Closen means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it.
Closen is a marketplace where salespeople, called sellers, publish a record of their work and apply to open roles, and where the people who run offers, called offer owners, post those roles and read applications.
Closen introduces the two sides and nothing more. Closen is not an employer, not a staffing agency, and not a party to any agreement a seller and an offer owner reach. Pay, commission, contracts, hours, taxes and termination are between those two, and Closen has no part in them and no liability for them.
You keep ownership of everything you put on Closen. You give Closen permission to display it, in the places on Closen where it belongs, for as long as you keep it published.
Your card carries numbers about your own performance. Publish figures you can evidence. Inflated numbers are the one thing that would make this platform worthless to everybody on it, and an account found to be carrying them can be unlisted or closed.
Do not publish anything that:
A seller can list an offer they worked, and the owner of that offer can confirm it. A confirmation means one person said yes to one claim on one date. It is not Closen certifying anything, and it is not a background check, a reference check or a guarantee of anybody's ability.
An offer owner decides who to move forward and who to pass on. A seller decides whether to accept an offer. Closen records those decisions and tells the other side; it does not make them, review them, or overturn them.
Nothing on Closen is a binding job offer. Whatever a seller and an owner sign between themselves is their agreement, not ours.
Closen is free while it is being built. If paid plans are introduced, the price and what it covers will be shown before you are asked to pay anything, and no existing account will be charged without agreeing to it first.
You can stop using Closen at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account at support@closen.io. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why when we do.
Closen is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any seller or offer owner on it is who they say they are.
To the fullest extent the law allows, CreativeOPTIC LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost earnings, arising from your use of Closen. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Closen in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts of Florida.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, the date at the top changes and we will say so in the app rather than quietly swapping the page.
